Lubrication system, pull the manual oil pump, the lubricating oil will goes to each slider (motors base & rail guide base) and the rail guide, it will get maintain and longer life.
Foot kick emergency button, when meet some emergency situation, you can use your foot to make the machine stop.
Water pump power plug also adopting waterproof one to insure it safety.
4. Cast iron & stainless steel screws
All screw and nut are stainless steel one.
The machine base & rail guide & motors base all are cast steel and annealing treatment, it’s tough and will not bend, the base thickness reach to 30mm thickness.
The casting base, thickness reach to 30mm, make the processing very stable
5.Inlet and outlet system
Inlet and outlet pipes adopting PVC material, and the joint is removable which is easy for maintain.
Water tank with wheels and water valve so it’s very easy to exchange water.
The outlet side of the sink has installed brushes & rubber to clear the water , and below the rail guide has installed a sink to collect the water, so water will not come to the gear box and floor etc..
6. Electric components adopting Schneider / DELIXI brand.
All wires with lug for ensure electric safety, and all wires with mark to match every components so that it’s easy to maintain.
7. Motors and Wheels (ABB motors for option)
Machine adopt CDQC brand motors, make the processing stable and quite.
There are 3 diamond wheels, 4 resin wheels and 3 cerium polishing wheels for the bevel processing,which make the polishing more shining
